We have released a new game mode for iGun Pro 2 for all of our users. All users that have been using the subscription mode of the app have been grandfathered into our current game mode that features collectible cards. Subscriptions are now exclusive to those users that previously purchased a subscription in the previous mode. Subscribers still get all guns, attachments, patterns, and metals unlocked, as well as access to the premium Discord channels. Now instead of receiving 500 coins ($5 worth of content) each month, subscribers will receive 2500 rubies ($20 worth of content) every month. The subscription still costs the same price, so this is our way of saying "thank you" to those that have been supporting us. There is no way for new users to subscribe. Do note that if you unsubscribe, there will not be a way to subscribe again.
iGun Pro 2 requires an internet connection to use. Make sure you are connected to a stable internet connection, with nothing running in the background that may interfere with the connection to our servers.
Try refreshing your App Store or Google Play Store update page to ensure it is displaying the latest update. Worst case, you can delete and re-install the app. All your user data should still be present, but if you want to be 100% safe, make sure you have your email address registered to your account.
Unfortunately, due to the technology we use in iGun Pro 2, we can only support iOS devices that run iOS 8+ or Android devices that run Jelly Bean 4.1+.
You may need to get another email confirmation sent to you. Try registering again to get a new email sent to you with a new confirmation link. If that does not work for you after trying it again, please send an email to support@crimson-moon.com with your 6 character profile ID along with the email address you are trying to register with, and we can look into the issue further.
As long as you registered your email address to iGun Pro 2 prior to losing your account, you should be able to log into your old account. If you go to the settings screen within the app, you should be able to find the login option for your email address and password. If you did not register your email address, you can send an email to support@crimson-moon.com with the 6 character profile ID of your old account or the discord ID that was associated with that account. In addition to your unique account identifier, please also include the IP address in which you access iGun Pro 2 so that we can verify your account. Unfortunately, we won't be able to assist you if you cannot provide us with the above information.
The maximum number of devices that we allow to be tied to a singular account is seven. Obviously if you are trying to log in with an eighth device, we won't be able to help you out. A new device will also get logged if you clear all of your iGun Pro 2 app data or factory reset your device prior to logging in again. If you are receiving this message because of the latter case, please email us at support@crimson-moon.com. In your email, please give us the email address that is associated with your iGun Pro 2 account along with a brief description of your situation.
No, linking from iGun Pro to iGun Pro 2 was only an early access feature to offer our most dedicated iOS users some bonus content. This type of linking is no longer supported. iGun Pro and iGun Pro 2 are two distinct applications with different features, so there is no way to have a 1-to-1 transfer that you are looking for.
Award cards can only be claimed while a set is in print and for a couple of days afterward. You can see the countdown on the claim screen within the sets menu. Once an award card is claimed, the cards that were used to claim become locked out from trading until the set becomes out of print. Any duplicates you have that were not used for claiming an award card may still be traded. After the set is out of print, all of your cards in the set will become tradeable again.
If greater than a certain percent of your cards are from an individual user, you cannot claim the award card. We won't ban you, but you won't be able to claim the award card unless you legitimately get versions of most of the cards in the set.
The contest voting and flagging system is driven by the users, but there are safeguards built-in to prevent abuse. What is considered offensive content by one user may not be offensive to another user. If you believe you were flagged unfairly, please send your 6-digit Profile ID to support@crimson-moon.com along with a brief message. We will review your contest entries and remove any unfair flags against your reputation score.
The reputation bar represents the standing of your account in regards to your contest entries. If you get reported for entering inappropriate content into contests, your reputation bar will go down. If it goes down far enough, you will be banned from entering contests.
The amount of stars and reward you receive are based on the percentile your design falls in. If there are not many users entering a specific contest, then it will not be possible to enter the top percentile due to sheer lack of numbers not adding enough granularity.
Currently, we cannot grant username changes, nor is there a way for users to switch to another team.
We are working on porting guns over from iGun Pro to iGun Pro 2 one-by-one. It is a time-consuming process, as we are rebuilding all guns from scratch for iGun Pro 2. Eventually, we hope to have all of the guns from iGun Pro in iGun Pro 2 as well, and then some.
First make sure that the volume on your device is on loud enough, and make sure that the volume sliders in our app's settings screen are up loud enough. Sometimes the app gets into a state where it loses sounds even though the volume is confirmed to be on and other apps seem to work properly. If you are certain that you have your volume settings turned on sans headphones, try force quitting the app or deleting and reinstalling the app.
We at Crimson Moon do not have any control over the status or the completion of these third-party offers. You will need to contact the appropriate service regarding the offer you completed if you wish to receive further assistance.
The free rubies are only included for those that have actually purchased a subscription. Those that have been grandfathered into a subscription from a previous game mode do not receive the free rubies.
To cancel or manage your iGun Pro 2 subscription, go to the in-app settings screen and tap the "Manage Subscription" button. From there you can manage your subscription to iGun Pro 2 as needed.
Please send us an email at support@crimson-moon.com with an explanation about the bug, screenshots if possible, and your 6 digit profile ID.
Please send your 6 digit profile ID to support@crimson-moon.com along with a brief message so that we can assist you further.
If you plan on keeping both devices, it doesn't really matter which device holds your Master account. But if you plan to sell one device, you should use the other device that you plan to keep to hold the Master account. And remember to unlink it from the Master account before selling it.
For iOS:
If you activate a new device or factory reset your device, restore your data from an iCloud backup or an iTunes backup. If you could not restore from a backup, make sure you have Document and Data Syncing turned on in your iCloud settings (turn on iCloud Drive on iOS 9), and the app will try to recover your account data from iCloud. If you factory reset your device or move over to a new device without using a linking code or iCloud backup, your iGun Pro account is lost. Unless you have access to the previous account's 40-digit iGun Pro account ID, there is not much we can do to recover your lost account. If you had made in-app purchases, we can manually restore those purchases if you send your Apple App Store Store in-app purchase receipts along with your current 40 digit account ID to support@crimson-moon.com.
For Android:

You must be connected to the internet when launching the app in order to receive your daily coin rewards. Make sure you have a strong internet connection because the app must check in with our servers. Also at least 18 hours must have elapsed since your last check-in. If your device is jailbroken, make sure there is nothing running in the background that will interfere with the internet connection to our servers.
Make sure you have your device registered with your Tapjoy account. The easiest way to do this is to download the MyTapjoy app from the iTunes App Store or Google Play Store. You can track the status of the Tapjoy offers that you complete, and you can also file a tech support ticket directly from within that app. Also, make sure you are completing offers listed under iGun Pro. Completing offers listed for other apps will not earn you any coins for iGun Pro.
Is your device jailbroken or rooted? If so, make sure you do not have anything running in the background that will interfere with the app's secure internet connection to Apple's/Google's In-App Purchasing servers or to our data servers.
There are known bugs with Game Center achievements. There is no extra reward for obtaining all the achievements. We are no longer focusing on supporting Game Center in iGun Pro.

Sometimes the app gets into a state where it loses sounds even though the volume is confirmed to be on and other apps seem to work properly. iGun Pro no longer supports Facebook interactivity. Therefore, it is no longer possible to get the M1216.
The majority of our efforts, development, and resources are being put towards content and features for iGun Pro 2. While we may release the occasional piece of new content for iGun Pro 1, we are no longer developing for iGun Pro 1.
We have had trouble with a 3rd party that was helping us with development for iGun Pro on the Windows platform for the time being. No new version or updates are being produced for Windows or Windows phone at this time.
For iOS, you must on contact Apple directly.
